TYPES OF CONNECTORS
Tube connectors
The clamping force of the tube connectors is achieved by high-quality gripping in the connector in combination with M6 fastening material. Tube connectors consist of separate parts. We use the term tube coupling for sets.
Mounting brackets
Tube mounting brackets are the strongest type of connector and can be used very widely, for example, for mounting wheels, connecting tubes in parallel and mounting fixtures. Mounting brackets are screwed with M8.
Tube clamps
This type of tube connector is hooked in. The hooking in of the connectors is fast and easy. Securing is also possible, this must be done with a self-tapping screw.
ASSEMBLING OF TUBE COUPLINGS
Assembling tube connectors is easy and is the basis of our tube construction system. The dovetail joint not only makes it easy to hook the two shell sections together, but it is also super strong. The bolted connection allows for quick construction.
It is important that the tubes are fully inserted into the tube connectors and sufficiently tightened. Not all connectors require the same torque. Tightening firmly by hand with our Allen key with T-handle is sufficient for all connectors.
